Sunday Morning Mysore Practice - Suzanne Faulkner
8:30 - 11 am

Monday Evening Mysore Practice - Fran Slavich
6 pm - 8 pm (Class fee is $15)

Suzanne Faulkner will teach a Beginner Class introducing the basics
of the ashtanga vinyasa system in late September. Date to be announced.
