Sun Salutation A + B

It's been a bit since the promised once-a-week yoga video sequence. I'm not sure anyone was exactly sitting at home crying poor, but, anyway, here's a couple to make up for the dearth.

I often include a Sun Salutation A or B in my sequences (often both). I believe that the A + B designation originally came from Ashtanga yoga, as I haven't seen it specified that way elsewhere. If I'm off track here, let me know. Because they are included not only in the sequences I post here, but also in many classes, I thought I'd post a couple of short videos demonstrating A + B.
