A traditional summer solstice practice is 108 sun salutations. If you've ever done them, you know that it is serious meditation in motion. After awhile, the body moves without the patterning of the mind and synchronizes with the breath.
For today, try the 108. It takes about 2hrs, taking breaks to meditate and breathe when needed, and doing Sun As. I linked to the Gayatri Mantra above, which you can listen to as you go.
A beautiful, long day of sun. As Thich Nhat Hanh says, "Breathe! You are alive."
