There are hundreds of videos on YouTube for yoga sequences. One of the more profligate posters is YogaYak. On YouTube and on their website they alone have dozens of complete asana and meditation practices that you can watch for free. If it's hard, monetarily or time wise, to get to yoga classes, this is a great option in lieu of a class. If you have any "channels" that you frequent, let me know and I can share them here.
