Yoga Gypsy Restorative Flow

As previously mentioned here, Yoga Gyspy's blog is a favorite and one I like to frequent when I get the spare moment. I was especially tickled to see a few yoga sequences on there when I was doing a catch-up upon my return from vacation. Yippee! I think of other people's sequences as a free yoga class from places around the world.

In lieu of reposting the sequences here, I'll link to a couple of the wonderous creations, and, hopefully, you can enjoy them for yourself!
