One of the more challenging parts of writing sequences is trying to describe a part of a sequence that has no Sanskrit or English name and has multiple movements involved. Not actually being saavy enough to even have a regular picture-posting practice, video is not really an option. The conference, of course, will be using video, but, for today, in honor of actually transmitting learning over the internet, this sequence will be utterly straight-forward. Sanksrit, English, it's there. No awkward descriptions needed. Now, if it could always be that way...
- Sukhasana (Easy Pose)
- Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose)
- Marichyasana (Marichi's Twist). Repeat other side
- Dandasana (Staff Pose)
- Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Fold)
- Malasana (Garland Pose)
- Uttanasana (Forward Fold)
- Move between steps 6 and 7, warming up the legs, exhaling in Forward Fold, inhaling through nose in Squat
- Vrksasana (Tree Pose)
- Natarajasana (Dancer's Pose)
- Pavana Muktasana (Standing Wind Relieving Pose)
- Tadasana (Mountain Pose)
- Repeat steps 9-12 on other side
- Trikonasana (Triangle Pose)
- Utthita Tadasana (Five Pointed Star Pose)
- Repeat step 14 and 15 on other side
- Prasarita Padottanasana (Wide Legged Forward Fold)
- Matsyendrasana (Seated Twist). Repeat other side
- Setu Bandhasana (Bridge Pose)
